SHIPPING POLICY

Ready to ship: Please allow up tp 2-3 business days to process your order unless stated otherwise on the product page. Domestic orders typically arrive 3-5 business days after your order is processed. 

Pre-orders: Please allow approximately 4 weeks for processing and shipping.

International: Rates are calculated by carrier based on destination and weight. The customer is responsible for all customs and duty charges.

We are NOT reliable for any stolen packages. — if your package has been stolen you must contact the shipping carrier and report it stolen. 

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Currently all sales are final.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES ONLY ALLOWED ON ITEMS THAT ARE DEFECTED.

Please inspect your order upon receiving package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors.

Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached.

If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns.

Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank.

We do not offer credit notes. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

All orders are eligible to be cancelled up to 48 hours after purchase.
